Same-day visits at a primary care office handle non-life-threatening concerns like infections, headaches, dizziness, and minor injuries. The ER is for emergencies like chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, or stroke symptoms.

How much does a same-day visit cost compared to the ER?

A same-day primary care visit typically costs a fraction of an ER visit. With insurance, you pay your standard office copay. ER visits often carry copays of $150 to $500 or more, plus facility fees.

Can you treat infections and flu at your Naples office?

Yes. We treat respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, sinus infections, strep throat, influenza, and other common infections. We can prescribe antibiotics, antivirals, and supportive medications on the spot.

What should I do if I feel sick after office hours?

If your concern is not life-threatening, call our office and leave a message. For Direct Primary Care members, you can reach Dr. Reve directly by phone or text. For true emergencies, always call 911 or go to the nearest ER.

Do you do rapid COVID and flu tests in the office?

Yes. We offer rapid testing for COVID-19 and influenza with results in about 15 minutes. If the rapid test is inconclusive, we can send samples to the lab for confirmation testing.
